Job summary

Avon Health Center is seeking a compassionate CNA for the 11-7 shift (24 hours), including every other weekend and every other holiday. The role offers base pay $21.00–$22.00 per hour with a $2/hour shift differential and potential extra for pick-up shifts and weekend premiums.

Qualifications

• Must have current Connecticut CNA certification in good standing.
• Part-time role requiring reliability and weekend/holiday coverage.
• Ability to report to shifts in all weather conditions in a 24/7 facility.

Responsibilities

• Support a 24/7 care environment and report to scheduled shifts.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to maintain care quality.
