Signature HealthCARE is hiring a Full Time Certified Nursing Assistant at Mayfair Manor in Lexington, KY. You will provide direct resident care under licensed supervision, assist with ADLs, and support a kind, safe, and responsive care environment.

Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from state in which the facility operates.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team under licensed staff.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADLs within the scope of practice per resident plan of care.
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies.
• Ambulate and transfer residents with proper body mechanics.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other data.
• Turn and position residents as needed.
• Support resident rights and choices within the care environment.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
• Answer call lights promptly and assist resident needs.
