Signature HealthCARE LLC is hiring a Full Time Registered Nurse at Mayfair Manor in Lexington, KY. Day shift (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) with a $7,500 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Join a team focused on delivering high-quality resident care and collaborating with a strong interdisciplinary group.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice (KY).
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled nursing procedures.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Supervise and direct nursing assistants and medication aides during the assigned shift.
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional status and notify physician of any changes.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per facility policy and procedure.
• Coordinate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and regulatory surveys.
