Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from the state in which the facility operates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team under licensed nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed personnel.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per plan of care.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other measurements.
• Support resident rights and comfort; maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in assigned areas.
• Orient and train other staff as requested.
