Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices and body mechanics.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other data as assigned.
• Turn and position patients; perform ROM and reality orientation as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and grooming supplies; adhere to safety policies.
