Qualifications

• Must possess a CNA certification in good standing per state requirements.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, Word) are expected.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily resident care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with feeding and hydration, monitor intake and output.
• Record vital signs and document care per policy.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in resident rooms and care areas.
• Respond to resident calls and requests promptly.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the nurse.
