Job summary

Rocky Mountain Home Health and Hospice-Salt Lake in Murray, UT is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under supervision. Qualifications

CNA certification required or preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
CPR/BLS certification current.
Food Handler Permit current.
No disciplinary action against certification.
At least 1 year in long-term care as CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides CNA services to residents per care plans, policies and supervisor directions.
Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
Coordinates dining room services at meals: setup, delivery, feeding, and documenting intake.
Delivers nutritional supplements and documents intake.
Records resident weight as required and reports changes to nurse/supervisor.
Monitors skin condition and notes any issues to nurse/supervisor.
Assists with toileting programs and completes flow sheets for resident progress.
