Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and provide compassionate daily care to residents. This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor, working closely with the care team to deliver high-quality service.

You will assist with grooming, bathing, mobility, vital recording, positioning, and engagement while upholding patient rights and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Current Texas CNA certification is required.
• Ability to accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Strong communication skills and patience are essential.
• Genuine care for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Understanding of patient rights and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing per policy guidelines.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and stock grooming supplies.
• Support Mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information: accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
