Job summary

Complete Care Management LLC in Towson, MD is seeking a CNA-1 (GNA) to support residents who are recently discharged or require long-term care. You will assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, meals, hydration, monitoring, and companionship, documenting care in our software.

Qualifications

• Maryland CNA-1 certification required.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting.
• Mobility support: repositioning, transfers to chairs, walking safely.
• Vitals & monitoring: check vitals/weight and report changes.
• Feeding & hydration: assist with meals and fluids.
• Living assistance: make beds and tidy rooms; support activities.
• Companionship: provide friendship and emotional safety.
• Documentation: record care in our software system.
