Job summary

Richmond Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Staten Island, NY, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). The facility offers up to $6,000 in travel reimbursement and daily pay through a trusted provider for faster access to earnings.

As a CNA, you will observe residents, report health issues, assist with personal care, help with meals, and maintain a clean, safe environment. Must complete CNA program and hold current state certification; be in good standing with the State Registry.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observing Residents.
• Reporting health issues to supervising nurse.
• Personal hygiene assistance (bed baths, shaving, etc.).
• Setting up meal trays and documenting intake.
• Feeding residents and providing nutritional supplements.
• Making beds and keeping spaces clean and tidy.
• Transporting Residents within the Facility.
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
• Maintaining confidentiality of all resident and facility data.

DUTIES:

• Observing Residents

• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse

• Taking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving, etc.

• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake

• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements

• Making beds & keeping the Residents’ space clean and tidy

• Transporting Residents within the Facility

• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores

• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work as a team member
• Successful completion of a CNA program
• Current CNA State Certification
• Must be in good standing with State Registry
