Job summary

Richmond Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Staten Island is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caring team. We offer up to $6,000 in travel reimbursement and Daily Pay through a trusted provider to access earnings quickly.

As a CNA, you’ll support residents with daily tasks, monitor health status, maintain dignity and independence, and work collaboratively with nurses to ensure high-quality care in a 372-bed facility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• CNA program completion is required.
• Current CNA State Certification.
• Be in good standing with the State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Observing Residents.
• Reporting health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Personal care including bed baths and grooming.
• Setting up meal trays and documenting intake.
• Feeding Residents and providing nutritional supplements.
• Making beds and keeping spaces tidy.
• Transporting Residents within the facility.
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
• Maintaining confidentiality of all resident and facility data.

DUTIES:

• Observing Residents

• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse

• Taking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving, etc.

• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake

• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements

• Making beds & keeping the Residents’ space clean and tidy

• Transporting Residents within the Facility

• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores

• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work as a team member
• Successful completion of a CNA program
• Current CNA State Certification
• Must be in good standing with State Registry
