Job summary

ARIA of Brookfield is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support nursing staff in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. The role focuses on assisting residents with daily living activities, hygiene, meals, and medication reminders while monitoring vital signs and overall wellbeing.

The CNA will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety, timely response to call lights, and adherence to care plans.

Qualifications

• Current active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate in the state of Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Resident-centered care oriented.
• Assist with ADLs, mobility, positioning, bathing, toileting and dining assistance.
• Observe and report resident condition and safety to licensed staff.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Overview

The primary purpose of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is to support medical staff in administering care to patients with various injuries, illnesses or disabilities. Your duties will include helping patients bathe and maintain proper hygiene, feeding patients or ensuring they take their medication and assessing your patients’ vital signs to notify staff of any changes.

• Personal cares to include assistance in ADLs, mobility, positioning, bathing, toileting and dining assistance
• Observations and reporting to licensed staff to monitor resident condition and safety
• Be aware of all aspects of safety for residents and co-workers

• Be a team player working in coordination with all disciplines in the center
• Licensed as a certified nursing assistant, and participate in scheduled training and educational classes, maintaining the educational credits for continued certification
