Position: Certified Nursing Assistant - Unit Coordinator

Maternity/Obstetrics is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant - Unit Coordinator to join their team!

Sign-on Bonus Offer:

• $2,500 for candidates with 0-1 years of experience (full-time)
• $4,000 for candidates with 1+ years of experience (full-time)

Bonus eligibility requires hired candidates to accept an offer for a Full or Part-time CNA position. Bonus amounts are prorated for Part-time hires; Per diem hires are ineligible. Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth employees are ineligible until more than 6 months have passed since separation.

Position Summary

This position involves 36 hours per week, primarily day shifts. Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, the CNA - Unit Coordinator coordinates and organizes clinical duties of the unit or department and performs CNA or LNA duties as appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. Licenses/Certifications: Valid CNA license in Maine or LNA license in New Hampshire. Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
3. Experience: Relevant experience preferred.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements: N/A
