Job summary

Otterbein Marblehead is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA to provide compassionate, person-centered care in our senior living community. The role supports residents with daily tasks, mobility, and comfort under nursing supervision in a non-profit health system focused on dignity and choice.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with increases based on experience, plus $3.00 second-shift and $1.50 third-shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio.
• Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.
