Job summary

UMC HomeWorks is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for per diem staffing across South Jersey. Earn $24.00–$28.00 per hour with additional $1 evenings, $2 nights, and $4 weekends differential.

Pick shifts that fit your schedule and help maintain consistent resident care. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, following individualized care plans, documenting care activities, and ensuring residents’ comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CNA certification.
• At least 6 months of experience in a long-term care setting.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily routines.
• Provide care based on individualized service plans and maintain accurate records.

• Create meaningful connections with residents while collaborating closely with the care team.

What You’ll Do

• Pick up available shifts you've committed to and help ensure consistent coverage for residents

• Shift differentials: $1.00/hour evenings, $2.00/hour nights, $4.00/hour weekends
• Full control over your schedule: choose day, evening, or night shifts as they're available

Schedule

Per diem. Day, evening, and night shifts available across Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Atlantic, Cape May, Salem, and Cumberland counties, based on your availability.

Flu Vaccination

A flu vaccine is required for shifts inside a UMC-owned facility. It is not required for shifts based outside a UMC facility. Medical and religious exemptions may be requested.
