Edenbrook Platteville, part of Eden Senior Care, LLC, is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide attentive daily care in a supportive environment, assist with ADLs, monitor residents, and help with admissions and transfers. Experience in long-term care and Wisconsin CNA certification are preferred. We offer competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Certified/registered as a nursing assistant in Wisconsin.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate well in verbal and written form.
• Committed to professional interaction with residents, families and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality, individualized care in a nurturing environment.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility where needed.
• Monitor vital signs, document care and report changes to supervisors.
• Maintain infection control practices and safety precautions.
• Assist with admissions, re-admissions and room transfers as required.
• Communicate effectively with guests, families and team members.
