Job summary

Cambridgeplacesv in Kansas is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health, and document care in accordance with our policies and procedures.

The shift from 10:15pm to 6:30am (PT) is available. You will respond to call lights, prepare residents for therapy, and uphold infection control standards while protecting residents’ rights.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in State of Kansas.
• Caring personality and demeanor.
• Ability to work scheduled shift.
• Ability to read, write & speak English.

Responsibilities

We are looking for the best Certified Nursing Assistant (CNAs) to provide exceptional care to our residents. Come join our amazing team of healthcare professionals!

As a certified nursing assistant (CNA) you are responsible for providing exceptional nursing care in accordance with our policies and procedures. You will have all of the training, support, tools & equipment you need to provide the highest degree of quality care. Our team of nursing care professionals & mentors will be by your side every day, including a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Enhancing the vibrancy and quality of life of our residents

2. Helping residents throughout the day with their activities of daily living (ADLs), which are: eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting & hygiene support

3. Promptly responding to resident call lights

4. Preparing residents for therapy sessions, activities and appointments

5. Following infection control procedures

6. Documenting and charting your care for each resident

7. Protecting residents’ rights

8. Adhering to our policies and standards
