Bluevalleyhrc in Kansas is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care for residents. You'll work with a supportive team including Charge Nurse and RN Supervisor and follow policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, responding to call lights, preparing for therapy, maintaining infection control, documenting care, and protecting residents' rights. Must be qualified CNA with Kansas certification; English proficiency required.

Qualifications & Details:

To qualify for the position, you will need:

1. Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in State of Kansas

2. A caring & loving personality and demeanor

3. The ability to work your scheduled shift

4. The ability to read, write & speak English

As a certified nursing assistant (CNA) you are responsible for providing exceptional nursing care in accordance with our policies and procedures. You will have all of the training, support, tools & equipment you need to provide the highest degree of quality care. Our team of nursing care professionals & mentors will be by your side every day, including a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Enhancing the vibrancy and quality of life of our residents

2. Helping residents throughout the day with their activities of daily living (ADLs), which are: eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting & hygiene support

3. Promptly responding to resident call lights

4. Preparing residents for therapy sessions, activities and appointments

6. Documenting and charting your care for each resident

7. Protecting residents’ rights
