HumanGood's Hillside community in McMinnville, Oregon is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate, person-directed care.

You will work onsite, CPR certification required, prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred; new grads welcome. The role includes a supportive benefits package and opportunities for growth within our purpose-driven senior living communities.

Description

Our Certified Nursing Assistants actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Shift:

Pay ranges: $23+ depending on experience + shift differentials listed below

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
• New grads are welcome!
• CPR required
