Silver Birch of Kokomo is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Clinical Team. You’ll provide kind, hands-on care and daily support to residents, helping them feel comfortable, respected, and cared for.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals.
• Provide personal care with kindness, dignity, and respect.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely manner.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse or Wellness Team.
• Document care and services in the electronic system.
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members.
