Silver Birch Living, LLC. is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for FT Days/Eve, EOW Nights in Hammond, IN. Join a growing provider of affordable assisted living focused on wellness, convenience and community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service skills and a caring attitude.
• Experience in healthcare or assisted living is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals.
• Provide personal care with kindness, dignity, and respect.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely manner.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse or Wellness Team.
• Document care and services in the electronic system.
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members.
