Silver Birch Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at our Fort Wayne location to support residents with daily activities and deliver kind, respectful care. You’ll help with bathing, dressing, meals, and monitoring well-being with the Wellness Team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer service skills and caring attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals.
• Provide personal care with kindness, dignity, and respect.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely manner.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse or Wellness Team.
• Document care and services in the electronic system.
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members.
