Job summary

Silver Birch Living in Evansville is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join its Clinical Team, delivering kind, hands-on care and daily support to residents to keep them comfortable, respected, and well cared for.

You will work closely with nurses and teammates, providing personal care, responding to call lights, documenting care, and helping residents feel valued in a warm, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CNA license in good standing.
• Experience in healthcare or assisted living is helpful.
• Strong customer service skills and a caring attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals.
• Provide personal care with kindness, dignity, and respect.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely manner.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse or Wellness Team.
• Document care and services in the electronic system.
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members.
