Job summary

Silver Birch Living, LLC. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the Clinical Team in Fort Wayne. You will provide kind, hands-on care and daily support to residents, helping them feel comfortable, respected, and cared for with dignity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA license in good standing.

• Provide personal care with kindness, dignity, and respect.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs promptly.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse or Wellness Team.
