Job summary

Southern Hills Rehab Center in Oklahoma seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a PRN basis. You will assist residents with ADLs, provide companionship, and help maintain care records.

You will collaborate with the nursing staff to implement care plans and participate in quality improvement efforts, contributing to a warm, supportive environment that prioritizes resident dignity and well-being.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Southern Hills Rehab Center, you will play a vital role in the daily care of our residents, providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Your compassionate nature and attention to detail will help ensure our residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
