Job summary

Southern Hills Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the evening shift to join our care team. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, while delivering compassionate, person-centered support.

You will collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans, maintain accurate care records, and monitor residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
