HEALTH & REHAB CENTER is seeking qualified CNAs to join our growing team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide compassionate, individualized care to residents under the direction of licensed nurses.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health status, and help residents regain independence while maintaining a safe, clean living environment. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits to support your role.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident’s plan of care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ALDs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.
• Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.
• Monitor residents’ health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
• Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
