Job summary

Medical Facilities Of America, Inc. is seeking qualified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team in Virginia.

You will provide hands-on, person-centered care to residents, following individualized plans and maintaining dignity, safety, and comfort throughout each shift. We value teamwork, clear communication, and attention to detail as you support daily living activities, monitor health status, and engage residents in social activities to promote well-being.

Qualifications

  • Active CNA certification in state of practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident’s plan of care.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.
  • Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.
  • Monitor residents’ health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.
  • Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being.
  • Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
  • Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
