The Springs at Boca Ciega Bay in St. Petersburg, FL is actively hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team following our Grand Reopening. We are a 109-bed Skilled Nursing Facility offering short-term rehabilitation and long-term care to our residents.

Walk-in interviews are held daily (except Thursday) from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM at 1255 Pasadena Ave S, Ste C, St. Petersburg, FL 33707. This role emphasizes dependable, compassionate care and provides Daily Pay, health insurance, PTO,

Qualifikationen

• Current and valid CNA license in the state of practice.

Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Main Duties and Critical Tasks:

• Care for multiple residents in the facility. Observe Resident Rights.


• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.


• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.


• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.


• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.


• Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.


• Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Required Education and Experience:


• Current and validCertified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) license in the state of practice and employment.


• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.


• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.


• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
