The Springs at Boca Ciega Bay, located in St. Petersburg, FL, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our 109-bed facility. We offer walk-in interviews daily (except Thursdays) from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with same-day interview opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid CNA license in the state of practice.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work independently and with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Care for multiple residents and observe resident rights.
• Assist nurses with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist with treatments and examinations as directed by nursing staff.
• Support restorative and rehab care under supervision.
• Demonstrate punctuality and dependability in scheduling.

Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Main Duties and Critical Tasks:

• Care for multiple residents in the facility. Observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.
• Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
• Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Required Education and Experience:
• Current and validCertified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) license in the state of practice and employment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
