The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods in Sarasota, FL is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Our 119-bed facility is recognized for subacute and long-term care, offering a friendly, supportive team environment and opportunities for overtime.

Walk-In Interviews Available Monday–Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at 3280 Lake Pointe Blvd, Sarasota, FL 34231. Florida AHCA background screening applies. Benefits include Daily Pay, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA license in Florida.
• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Florida license required to practice as CNA.

Responsabilités

• Care for multiple residents in the facility and observe resident rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist with treatments and examinations as directed by the nurse.
• Support restorative and rehab care under supervision.

Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Main Duties and Critical Tasks:

• Care for multiple residents in the facility. Observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.
• Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
• Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Required Education and Experience:
• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) license in the state of practice and employment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
• FL License Required
