Tampa Lakes Health and Rehabilitation Center – Lutz, FL is actively hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for part-time and full-time positions. We offer a compassionate, resident-focused care team with flexible shifts and opportunities for growth.

Walk-in interviews are welcome Monday–Friday 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Our facility provides daily pay, health insurance, PTO, 401(k), flexible scheduling, and overtime options to support your career in skilled nursing care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice (Florida).
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Dependability, punctuality, and ability to work harmoniously with other staff.

Responsibilities

• Care for multiple residents in the facility and observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist with treatments, examinations, and restorative/rehab care under supervision.

Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Main Duties and Critical Tasks:

• Care for multiple residents in the facility. Observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.
• Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
• Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Required Education and Experience:
• Current and validCertified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) license in the state of practice and employment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
