The Springs at Boca Ciega Bay is actively hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in St. Petersburg, FL. We are a 109-bed skilled nursing facility offering short-term rehab and long-term care with immediate openings and daily walk-in interviews from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Qualified CNAs must hold a valid Florida CNA license, and be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Join a supportive team with benefits and opportunities for overtime.

• Able to work with residents and team with compassionate care.
• Readiness to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Care for multiple residents and observe resident rights.

• Assist nurse with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Assist with treatments and examinations as directed by nursing staff.
• Support restorative and rehab services under supervision.

Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Main Duties and Critical Tasks:

• Care for multiple residents in the facility. Observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.
• Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
• Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Required Education and Experience:
• Current and validCertified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) license in the state of practice and employment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
