Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and transfer residents using proper techniques and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with residents, families, visitors, and team members.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, and repositioning.
• Promote and protect resident rights, ensuring dignity, respect, and safety at all times.
• Report any concerns, including suspected abuse or neglect.
• Follow all facility policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary:

As a Northcrest Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work in an environment that promotes professional growth while providing high-quality care to our residents. CNAs are responsible for assisting residents with daily needs under the direction and supervision of an RN/LPN. This position reports to the Director of Nursing.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with residents, families, visitors, and team members

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, and repositioning

Schedule Requirements:
