Northcrest Rehab and Nursing Center in Napoleon, Ohio is seeking PRN Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caring team. CNAs assist residents with daily living activities under the supervision of an RN/LPN, helping maintain comfort and dignity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, and repositioning.
• Promote and protect resident rights, ensuring dignity, respect, and safety at all times.

Position Summary:

As a Northcrest Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work in an environment that promotes professional growth while providing high-quality care to our residents. CNAs are responsible for assisting residents with daily needs under the direction and supervision of an RN/LPN. This position reports to the Director of Nursing.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with residents, families, visitors, and team members

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, and repositioning

• Promote and protect resident rights, ensuring dignity, respect, and safety at all times

Schedule Requirements:

PRN team members must have flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, based on facility needs.
