Job summary

Prattville Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team in Prattville, Alabama. You will provide hands-on daily support to residents, assisting with activities of daily living and recording vital signs to monitor health.

You will work with licensed nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care that preserves resident dignity. The ideal candidate holds an active CNA certification, has strong communication and teamwork skills,

• Active CNA certification in state where the facility operates (required).
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, patient, and dependable personality.

Responsibilities
