Rochester Rehab & Living Center in Rochester, MN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and support residents’ well-being.

This full-time, on-site role offers PM shifts (2:30pm-10:30pm), every other weekend, and a pay range of $22.60-$24.00 per hour with benefits including 403(b), PTO, Life Insurance, EAP, and wellness incentives.

Qualifications

• Current MN CNA licensure is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and resident orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support residents' physical and emotional well-being with compassionate, person-centered care.
• Monitor and report changes to the nursing team for timely care.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment following care plans and infection control standards.

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Current CNA licensure in MN

• Long-term care experience (preferred)

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility


• Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being by building meaningful connections and delivering compassionate, person-centered care


• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team to ensure timely and appropriate care


• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following all care plans, safety protocols, and infection control standards
