Overview:
Are you a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) seeking an exciting opportunity in acute care? Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group (CCWSG) is looking for CNAs interested in working at an acute care facility in Los Angeles. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs who can work independently while providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient condition during movement and report any changes to registered nurses or physicians.
• Take and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including eating, grooming, and dressing.
• Transfer patients between wards or rooms, and assist with positioning for examinations or treatments.
• Ensure patient comfort by providing personal care services, such as changing linen, serving meals, and providing back rubs.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by cleaning and organizing patient areas.
• Encourage patient participation in self-care activities and recreational therapy.
• Escort patients to outside activities or appointments as needed.

Required Qualifications :

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience.
• Active CNA License in the state of California.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association at the start.
• Fire Card by the start.
• Management of Assaultive Behavior Certificate by the start.
