Job summary

The Pavilion Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A./C.N.A.) for Per Diem - All Shifts. We seek compassionate individuals to provide resident care as directed by licensed nurses and the plan of care.

As a CNA, you will help residents with daily living activities, assist those who need extra care, communicate with nurses, and document resident information such as weights, vitals, and intake. COVID-19 vaccination guidance is required for staff.

Qualifications

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Communicate with nurses and keep them informed about residents' status.
• Document vital signs, weights, intake, and ADL flow sheets accurately.

Responsibilities

• Document information about the residents in areas such as weights, vital signs, food and fluid intake, ADL flow sheets.

Center staff members must follow the Department of Public Health COVID-19 vaccination guidance.
