Job summary

The Pavilion Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A./CNA) for per diem, all shifts. You will assist residents with daily living activities and report to licensed nurses under the plan of care.

You will document weights, vital signs, intake, and ADL flow sheets, communicate with nurses, and provide respectful care to residents. Center adheres to Department of Public Health vaccination guidance.

Qualifications

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as eating, bathing, dressing and bed mobility.
• Communicate with nurses and keep them informed about the residents.
• Document information about the residents in areas such as weights, vital signs, food and fluid intake, ADL flow sheets.
