Job summary

Revv Staffing is seeking dependable CNAs for Per Diem shifts in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Williamsport, PA. This flexible position lets you pick up shifts based on your availability with no minimum requirement, making it ideal for supplemental income.

CNAs will receive priority access to available shifts through Revv Staffing. You will provide compassionate care, support residents with daily activities, monitor conditions, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure

Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification in PA.
• At least 6 months experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred.
• Current physical and TB as per Revv Staffing policy.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced health care environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Follow individualized care plans and facility protocols.
• Assist with mobility and transportation within the facility.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following infection control protocols.
• Document resident information accurately using electronic health record systems.
