Job summary

Fallsview Rehabilitation & Nursing in New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a per diem basis. You will provide hands-on care to residents in a warm, homelike environment and support daily activities to enhance quality of life.

This role emphasizes teamwork with licensed staff, maintenance of accurate care records, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in New Jersey is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with feeding, toileting, and mobility.
• Report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and services.
• Collaborate with licensed nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in facility-wide quality improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate a positive and respectful attitude towards residents, families, and colleagues.
