Job summary

Scott Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our resident-focused care team in Lakeland, FL. We offer a compassionate, supportive environment with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

Walk-in interviews are welcome Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at our Lakeland facility. Our 120-bed skilled nursing center specializes in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, with benefits including Health Insurance,

Qualifications

• Current and valid Florida CNA license.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Commitment to resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Care for multiple residents in the facility while observing Resident Rights.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Assist nurses with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist with treatments and examinations as directed.
• Support restorative and rehab care under supervision.

Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Main Duties and Critical Tasks:

• Care for multiple residents in the facility. Observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.
• Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
• Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Required Education and Experience:
• Current and validCertified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) license in the state of practice and employment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
