Job summary

Scott Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center in Lakeland, FL is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our resident-focused care team. We offer a supportive environment, daily pay, health insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.

Walk-in interviews are available Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–4:00 PM at our 800 East County Road 540A, Lakeland location. Join a 120-bed facility specializing in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA license in the state of practice.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.

Responsibilities

• Care for multiple residents in the facility.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.

• Care for multiple residents in the facility. Observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.
• Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
• Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Required Education and Experience:
• Current and validCertified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) license in the state of practice and employment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
