Job summary

Scott Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our resident-focused care team in Lakeland, FL. The facility offers daily pay, health and dental/vision insurance, PTO and holiday pay, 401(k), flexible scheduling, and overtime opportunities.

Walk-In Interviews are available Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–4:00 PM at 800 East County Road 540A, Lakeland. A current Florida CNA license and AHCA screening are required.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA license in Florida.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Florida AHCA background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Care for multiple residents in the facility.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in treatments and examinations.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care under supervision.
• Demonstrate dependability and punctuality.

• Care for multiple residents in the facility. Observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.
• Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Required Education and Experience:
• Current and validCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice and employment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
• FL License Required
