• Measure and record vital signs accurately.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other team members to provide high-quality resident care.
