Rossmoor Post Acute is hiring a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team in Walnut Creek, CA. You will support residents with daily living activities and monitor health changes in collaboration with licensed staff.

Qualificações

• Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide compassionate care while promoting resident dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nursing staff.
• Measure and record vital signs accurately.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other team members to provide high-quality resident care.
