Job summary

Rossmoor Post Acute in Walnut Creek, CA is hiring a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for PM and NOC shifts. Pay rate is $23.00-$26.00 per hour. Join a caring team delivering skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in a resident-focused environment.

As a CNA you will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, help with transfers and mobility, and report changes to licensed nursing staff. New graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification in good standing.
• Able to work full-time PM or NOC shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate care while promoting resident dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Measure and record vital signs accurately.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
