Diablo Valley Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our exceptional care team at a 5-Star Medicare-rated skilled nursing and post-acute care center. Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality daily care while promoting each resident's dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meal assistance.
• Follow individualized care plans and perform assigned nursing procedures under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to support each resident's care goals and recovery.
