Salinas Valley Post-Acute in Salinas, CA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team on a part-time basis.

Compensation: $ 21.00-25- per hour (DOE)

Shift Availability: Part-Time (AM & NOC Shifts Available)

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

• Direct Resident Care: Assist residents with essential activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Clinical Support: Accurately record vital signs and other clinical measurements, reporting any changes in resident condition to the nursing leadership promptly.
• Nutritional Support: Assist with meal service, hydration, and general comfort needs to ensure resident wellness.
• Safety & Advocacy: Maintain a clean, safe environment while following all infection control and facility protocols to protect our residents.
• Compassionate Communication: Provide respectful, person-centered care that preserves the dignity and rights of every individual in our facility.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Active California CNA Certification is required.
